1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)
Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) on business days are processed the same day.
Please note: During peak periods or public holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.
3. Delivery Charges
Standard UK Delivery: £4.95 (Free on orders over £75)
Express Delivery: £9.95
Delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:
A tracking number
A link to follow your parcel’s journey
5. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver:
A card will be left with re-delivery or pickup options
After two failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to Woolton WS. Re-delivery charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
Report it to us within 5 business days

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
7. Click & Collect (If Available)
If you select Click & Collect:
You will be notified when your order is ready
Orders must be collected within 7 days
