Delivery Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact: info@wooltonws.com

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available at checkout)

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM (GMT) on business days are processed the same day.

Please note: During peak periods or public holidays, delivery times may vary slightly.

  • Standard UK Delivery: £4.95 (Free on orders over £75)

  • Express Delivery: £9.95

  • Delivery fees are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • A tracking number

  • A link to follow your parcel’s journey

If the courier is unable to deliver:

  • A card will be left with re-delivery or pickup options

  • After two failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to Woolton WS. Re-delivery charges may apply.

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

  • Report it to us within 5 business days

  • Email: info@wooltonws.com
    We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

If you select Click & Collect:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
