1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • The fabric must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Please note that the following items cannot be refunded:

  • Cut-to-size fabrics

  • Customised or personalised orders

  • Items returned in damaged or used condition (unless faulty)


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the product is faulty or not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • We will offer a full refund, exchange, or replacement at no extra cost.

  • Photographic evidence may be requested for damaged items.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  • Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
