Cancellation Policy
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer service team via email at info@wooltonws.com
Cancellations requested before dispatch will be processed with no additional charges.
A full refund will be issued using the original method of payment.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched:
You may still cancel your order under our returns policy by refusing the delivery or returning the unopened package.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Please note that customised, cut-to-measure, or made-to-order fabrics are not eligible for cancellation once production has started, unless the item is defective.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your order, please email us with the following details:

Order Number
Reason for Cancellation (optional but helpful)
Our team will confirm your cancellation via email within 1–2 business days.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests in cases of abuse, repeated returns, or suspected fraudulent activity.
